Enter the Homeowner's house and leave by a route you already picked. That first entry is the Breaking In! badge. Copy RELEASE! only after you can see a code box in the live game. Save the under-five-minute clear and the full-team escape for a later round.

The two badge descriptions set different conditions, and neither description says the awards block each other. Speedy Thief needs the whole round finished in under 5 minutes. Gnome Squad needs the full team out safely. Your own quick exit does not complete the team badge.
